11 Central

11 Central is another venture for Seven Bro7hers, only this time their Sis4ers are on board too so the bar is a fantastic mix of craft beer and craft gin.

The bar is part of the Central Bay development at Salford Quays, and has a huge terrace and waterside views as well as a bright, colourful interior.

While away the afternoons with shuffleboard and electronic darts. There’s also regular live music slots too. On the drinks front, expect Seven Bro7hers’ own range of craft beers as well as a few guests from respected indies, some fantastic G&Ts courtesy of Sis4ers and some specially-crafted cocktails too.

You can also enjoy gin-tasting sessions or even distil your own in special workshops for juniper-heads.

Food-wise, there’s a focus on hearty British food as well as some dishes from the gastro end of the pub spectrum, like a great beef wellington.
