The Spice Yard | New Century
The Spice Yard has recently set up shop in New Century’s food hall where they will trade their homemade and freshly cooked, authentic Indian dishes.
Originally a spice sommelier sharing her products and knowledge at local markets, owner of The Spice Yard, Nina Saparia, has gone one step further and prepares fresh dishes daily from their new vendor site, including lamb samosas and Bombay potatoes.
Nina is an expert in Gujarati cuisine and makes dishes based on her childhood memories of cooking at home with her mum.
The Spice Yard serves a mixture of Indian and East African-inspired meals. Highlights include The Bhaji Smuggler burger and masala chai brownies.
