Wilde Aparthotels Manchester
Our tip when booking a stay at Wilde Aparthotels Manchester is to opt for a room with a view – there are some stunning panoramas across the city from its boutique apartments on St Peter’s Square.
The mix of studios and one-bedroom apartments are bigger than they sound with the former accommodating up to three guests and the latter up to four – in relatively close proximity, it has to be said.
You’ll find a good mix of hotel amenities like the bar and 24-hour reception yet rooms offer the space to spread out with fully-equipped kitchens and a laundry room making Wilde an ideal option for longer-term stays.
Decor is neutral but stylish and rooms are done out in natural tones. There’s not a huge amount of personality design-wise but it is tasteful, beds are comfortable and there are some clever storage hacks too.
Downstairs, the bar and lounge area has exactly the atmosphere you’d want from a cool city centre hangout – it’s ideal for informal meetings over coffee or drinks.
