Jersey Street Social Club
If you like to have something to look at (other than yourself) while you’re at the barbers, the eclectic, retro decor of Jersey Street Social Club will fit the bill.
This Ancoats barbershop is plastered with skateboarding paraphernalia, vinyl, retro photos and cool art. Though to be fair, the styles they create on their clients are just as easy on the eye.
They’re known for sharp, on-point cuts, traditional cut-throat shaves, and in their words, ‘beard taming’.
The ‘social club’ element isn’t just in the name – you can swig a Seven Bro7hers beer while you wait and they won’t rush you in and out in two minutes flat.
