Bells Gym
Bells Gym opened in Altrincham in 2013, bringing a busy timetable of boutique boxing and fitness classes to the town.
Its founder, Stevie Bell, is an amateur England captain who competed in two Commonwealth Games and two World Championships. His team of trainers includes ex-pro boxers and Hatton Academy-qualified coaches so you’re in good hands.
Their timetable includes over 12 boxing-themed classes which focus on building stamina and strength using bag work, pad work, circuits and bodyweight exercises. There’s a teen box circuit class for 11 to 15-year-olds, and they also offer private open gym sessions.
If you want to really focus on technique and learn the art of boxing book onto their six-week White Collar Training course (you don’t have to be training for a fight to do this). Or take one-to-one classes with Stevie; they start from £27 a session.
