Fazenda Manchester

Restaurant - South American

Fazenda loosely translates from Portuguese into “big farm”, but think more luxe surroundings than your average barn: dark corners and plenty of wood, yes, but lots of coppery golds, muted brown leather and cowhide upholstery, and cream church candles.

Drawing inspiration from gaúcho cattle-herder traditions and South American rodízio restaurants, Fazenda Manchester takes steakhouse to the next level. For a fixed price (upwards of £25), eat what you fancy from either the non-meat or the standard or halal menu, each promising the exquisite flavours of Argentina and Brazil, including the finest grilled meats and a sumptuous selection of sauces and sides, from Brazilian black bean stew to Argentinian chimichurri cheese.

Desserts include a selection of Brazilian sweet treats and churros filled with Argentinian dulce de leche, and there’s a great range of New World wines and an extensive cocktail and mocktail list if you’d rather stay bar-side or hang out on the heated terrace. The Spinningfields Fazenda also offers the use of three private dining rooms, accommodating from six to 14, perfect for corporate entertaining or celebrating that special occasion with friends and family.
