Fraser’s Butchers pride themselves on sourcing the best ingredients and meats from local farmers to fill their well-stocked fridges.
Specialising in traditionally matured, grass-fed British Limousin beef, Fraser’s source their prime cuts from farms around the North of England. This, alongside the craft butchery skills of their team, results in delicious and tender cuts of meat.
As whole animal craft butchers, Fraser’s are able to provide every cut you’re after, from roasting joints to lean steaks and everything in between. Their pork is used to produce award-winning sausages, home cured bacon and succulent hams.
As well as cuts big enough to feed the whole family, Fraser’s stock mince, meatballs and burgers for home dinners and barbecues.
Need some accompaniments? Save time prepping your own vegetables and buy a tray of perfectly seasoned Mediterranean potatoes or honey roasted parsnips ready to pop in the oven.
