All Night Flight
All Night Flight is an independent record shop specialising in left-field electronica, avant-garde and world music.
It’s a tasteful, white-walled shop on Mealhouse Brow where you’re more than welcome to browse the racks of esoterica. You’ll find mostly vinyl, from dub to industrial to Solomon Islands folk, but there is a reasonable selection of cassettes too.
There are occasional BYO lock-ins upstairs for musical get-togethers so keep an eye on socials. All Night Flight may be super niche but there’s definitely a place for it. It’s an important part of Stockport’s burgeoning music scene and devotees of alt-genres travel from all over the country to get their hands on its second hand wares.
