On Ice

On Ice is a rather tasteful undercover ice rink with wreaths and twinkling lights. What sets it apart from others is the firepit for toasting marshmallows. Pair it with a hot chocolate and it might be one of the ultimate festive experiences.

Skating sessions are 45 minutes long but you need to get there at least 20 minutes early to get your skates on.

There are penguin supports for little ones but the atmosphere here is a little more grown-up than some other rinks. Just by Fenix and a couple of minutes’ walk from Spinningfields, this place seems to attract a crowd who want to include something different as part of their night out.
