Malmaison Liverpool Bar & Grill

Restaurant - American

Malmaison Liverpool Bar & Grill is much more than just another soulless hotel restaurant. With its dockside location and terrace, celeb fans and cool boutique vibes, it’s one of Liverpool’s most impressive dining destinations.

The interior is stunning. With its high ceilings and huge windows, it looks like a cathedral to steak, wine and cocktails. The menu has a reputation for some of the best grass-fed British steak around. Think hand-cut, expertly-matured meat sourced from respected farms and cooked over the smoky Josper grill.

Of course, it’s not just about the thrill of the grill. A well-balanced menu offers dishes like braised ox cheek with creamy mash or whole grilled sea bass with charred leeks and sauce vierge.

Start off with one of a selection of very professional G&Ts or cocktails before accompanying your meal with some serious wine. There’s a great selection of low and no alcohol cocktails too.

Events at Malmaison Liverpool

Party nights, themed afternoon teas, wedding showcases – there’s a busy events programme at Malmaison Liverpool. Have a look at what’s coming up.
