Sapporo Teppanyaki Manchester
Sapporo Teppanyaki Manchester is all about the theatre of dining. It offers sushi and noodle dishes but if you want a bit of spectacle, it’s the teppanyaki dishes every time. Prepared in front of you on flaming hotplates, it’s certainly a conversation starter. But if you’re thinking this is just novelty dining, you’d be wrong. The chefs are all properly trained and dishes like lamb fillet with teriyaki mint sauce or wagyu rib eye with soy are as luxurious to eat as they are fun to watch.
Sushi makes a good sharing starter (although you can stick to the sushi for the whole meal if you want) but there are other very good Japanese dishes to try such as black pepper akami – seared tuna loin with chilli sauce.
Sapporo Teppanyaki makes a meal a real event and it helps conversation flow – ideal for business dinners and big groups. It’s not exactly romantic, but it is certainly fun.
