Triple B
Triple B was born in the midst of the pandemic when the Eat New York crew left the NQ and took their burger and bagel offering to the suburbs. Based in a former chip shop in Prestwich, it’s an upmarket takeaway with a seating area, selling all the street food wonders that won people over on Oldham Street.
The menu features bagels stuffed to bursting with NYC-esque fillings such as salt beef and pastrami (both cured in-house). Go for the classic reuben with pastrami, grilled Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing, or the vegan bagel which centres on an edamame and sweetcorn patty.
The Triple B burgers are equally huge and feature their own home-made patties. They also do big trays of loaded fries, mac n cheese, and chicken ribs. Think hangover food rather than healthy eating.
And if you’re up for hair of the dog, the drinks menu includes frozen cocktails and boozy shakes, alongside slushies and the usual softs.
