Voyagers
Voyagers in The Halyard Liverpool is in the league of hotel restaurants that become a destination in their own right. A sophisticated and well-travelled menu of small plates combined with inviting modern design make it a standout addition to the Ropewalks. Expect an individual take on cool, casual dining.
Relaxed and unpretentious, the all-day dining offers brunch classics, small plates and classic bar fare. Originality is evident in options such as the salt and pepper chicken sandos (the cult Japanese sandwich) and dishes like chargrilled venison flatbread.
Evening dining starts at 6pm with a menu of social small plates and a more refined but still welcoming atmosphere. Dishes like tandoori spiced monkfish cheeks with chana masala, and honey and soy pork belly with pak choi and pineapple and chilli salsa give an insight into the bold flavours you’ll find here.
