Hotel

Hotel Brooklyn opened on Manchester’s Portland Street on Valentines day in 2020 as one of the world’s first fully accessible hotels inspired by cool the New York City borough. In fact, the hotel is well-known for setting a new Industry Gold Standard for Accessibility

With mid-century Americana design elements throughout the hotel, and bottles of Brooklyn Beer behind the bar, guests are treated to a real Brooklyn experience.

Close to some of the most popular parts of the city, including the Northern Quarter, the Gay Village and attractions like Manchester Art Gallery, Hotel Brooklyn is in a wonderful position for guests looking to explore Manchester.

Stylish rooms have wi-fi, smart TVs, air conditioning and Nespresso machines, while suites add living areas, soaking tubs and terraces with great views of the city.

Hotel Brooklyn welcomes small dogs and their “well-behaved owners”. Offering “pooch palaces” and doggy menus to make your pet feel at home.

The top floor of the hotel, known as Brooklyn Heights, is reserved for events and banqueting, holding up to 180 people – perfect for weddings and parties.

Runyon’s restaurant is named after Damon Runyon, the author of Guys and Dolls and serves a menu of “British classics with a sprinkling of Big Apple swagger”.
