Manchester Tattoo Convention by UKTTA
Ink, art, and alternative culture – the Manchester Tattoo Convention is a weekend-long celebration of all three.
This annual festival is the biggest tattoo convention in the UK – so it’s great news that it’s coming to Depot Mayfield on 26 and 27 July 2025. Top tattoo artists and ink enthusiasts will be travelling from far and wide to be there (while you just need a bus ticket into town).
Its popularity is thanks to its welcoming festival vibe – there’ll be food trucks, live music, artisan market traders, tattoo competitions with huge money prizes, graffiti art, chilli-eating contests, samba-dancing, DJs . . . and a friendly and diverse community of people united by their love of tattoos.
You don’t need to be inked from head-to-toe to feel at home here. It’s for anyone who’s curious about body art and the alternative culture around it.
It’s also a brilliant way to get inspired and see what’s out there when it comes to tattoos and subculture style. With over 500 top tattoo artists in one place, it puts you right at the centre of the scene.
