Dog Bowl

Activities

Dog Bowl is a bar, restaurant and bowling alley with five full-length ten-pin bowling lanes. It’s tucked under the arches on Whitworth Street West and has the atmosphere of a cool bar rather than a bowling alley. Getting a strike is even better when you can do it somewhere stylish.

On weekends Dog Bowl is open late but beware of those gutterballs the more beers you consume. And whatever you do, don’t drop a bowling ball on your toe.

As well as the lanes, you can also enjoy retro arcade games courtesy of NQ64, food from Smash and Dash and plenty of craft beers and cocktails from the bar.

Monday to Friday afternoons are the best value with a beer, burger and bowling deal available until 5pm. Children are welcome until 7pm and they get a good deal too especially on Mondays when it’s just £3 to bowl including on bank holidays.
