Coast to Coast
Coast to Coast is a casual American restaurant at the Trafford Centre. If you’re looking for something that feels more like a proper dining out option than the proliferation of fast food restaurants and those which are just one step up from that, then it’s a good choice.
The menu runs the typical gamut of Americana and crowd pleasers with pizza and burgers the main choices. There’s some unexpected touches though with a brisket burger taking the meat-in-a-bun basic to a more interesting level and pulled chicken tinga on a pizza adding a Tex Mex slant to the slice.
Although the food is pretty laid-back with dirty burritos, NYC club sandwiches and the like, there are some decent steaks too and lighter salads if you don’t want sticky-fingered food.
