Seven Bro7hers Ancoats
This bar from the Seven Bro7hers Brewery clan is perfectly placed to cater for the craft beer drinkers of Ancoats, thanks to its position on Cutting Room Square.
Also known as the Ancoats Beerhouse, its exposed brick and rough-hewn wood provides a warm and welcoming hub for a bustling symposium of creative types, after-work drinkers and Ancoats locals.
There is a wide range of the brewery’s own fares with which to whet one’s whistle, from good old IPA to a chocolatey stout and even a watermelon wheat beer. They do other people’s beers too if you prefer.
Their culinary offerings centre on substantial bites to soak up all that ale. A range of sarnies and burgers are on offer, with their signature chicken burger marinated in IPA, and those ubiquitous but delicious halloumi fries for forgoers of the flesh.
Keep an eye on their socials for an ever-changing calendar of special events from Xmas parties to art classes. And of course, dogs are welcome.
