King Street Townhouse
King Street Townhouse is a four-star luxury hotel at the heart of Manchester City Centre, located in a historic Grade-II listed Italian Renaissance building within the upper King Street conservation area. It’s a well-known tucked-away spot for eating, drinking and exceptional facilities – including a seventh-floor infinity pool with rooftop views of the city.
An ideal Manchester venue for exclusive parties and events, King Street Townhouse has spaces like a private wine cellar, the South Terrace, and a Mezzanine level above the Tavern restaurant. They offer many package options for bespoke wedding ceremonies and celebrations.
A hotel with rich heritage, you’ll find two one-bedroom suites named after a couple of notable figures in Manchester’s history – Alfred Waterhouse, the architect of the Manchester Town Hall, and Great Abel, the bell housed in the clock tower next door named after Abel Heywood, the progressive Mayor of Manchester during the completion of the Town Hall in 1877.
There are also three Luxe Junior Suites, all uniquely furnished with bespoke furniture, seven “Comfy” rooms, 13 “Cosy” rooms with free-standing bathtubs and walk-in rain showers and 15 “Snug” rooms – perfect for a comfortable short break in the city.
New for 2022, King Street Townhouse Gym & Spa next door has a state-of-the-art gym with four designated zones for all your workout needs, serene spa amenities and the only salt cave in the north of England. King Street Townhouse Gym & Spa has quickly become recognised for its expert dessert “Cake & Bubbles” menu to enjoy in its calming lounge after your relaxing spa experience.
