Malmaison Manchester Piccadilly Bar & Grill
Malmaison Manchester Piccadilly Bar & Grill isn’t just for overnight guests – its reputation for cocktails, quality steaks and a buzzing atmosphere mean it’s respected as a restaurant in its own right.
The red leather booths give it an American feel but the grass-fed beef is proudly British. Top picks from the menu include almost anything from the Josper grill, such as the generously marbled rib-eye steaks or the whopping sharing cuts like the 1.1kg T-bone.
Dishes like half a roast corn-fed chicken in garlic butter, or blackened Cajun salmon with jambalaya rice, make this a well-rounded menu. Puddings are good too with favourites being the New York baked cheesecake with blueberry and lime compote, and the toffee apple sundae.
There’s a noirish feel to the restaurant and bar making it perfect for cocktails. The Malchemy list is well known for its originality and craftsmanship. How about a flight of Negronis to start off your evening?
