Tallow at New Century is the brainchild of Tom Lowe, a classically trained chef from East London who decided to up sticks, move to Manchester, and bring his 25-years of industry experience with him.
The menu at Tallow mainly consists of meat dishes, including a signature burger, steak and eggs, and Sunday roasts. This venue prides itself on only using grass fed, native breed, 28-day dry aged beef from a small number of expert butchers.

Tallow at New Century is easy to get to via public transport as it’s only a short walk from Shudehill and Victoria station. New Century is open from 11am every day apart from Monday when it is closed.
