Urban Playground Manchester
Urban Playground Manchester is the place to go for an adrenaline-fuelled, ultra-competitive night out. Located in Manchester Arndale, it brings together high-tech games with bars and big-name dining from gourmet burger brand The Butcher.
The biggest draw is their live version of TV gameshow The Cube. It may seem easy when you’re watching at home, but once you’re in the perspex box the pressure can make the tasks a lot trickier. Especially when all your friends are on the other side of the glass having a beer and a good laugh about your performance.
It’s also home to Putters – a hi-tech mini golf course with on-screen animations and audio. Children over five can play this one, while The Cube is suitable for children over nine, as long as they are supervised at all times.
Food-wise, think good quality burgers and fries, with vegan options too. The bars offer everything from softs to spirits, and beer to cocktails.
