Suki Suki Street Food & Bar
Suki Suki Street Food & Bar is the taste of right now. A Pan-Asian street food bar located on Deansgate under the arches of the Great Northern Warehouse, it’s loud and bright and fun in every way. Bao buns, ramen, cocktails and craft beer come together in a light-hearted casual restaurant that sets the standard for cool noodle bars.
There’s a real youthful energy about this place and a joy about the market-style street snacks they knock out with scene-stealing karaage chicken and glorious teriyaki pork bao buns just some of our favourites on the menu.
The ramen is the draw – and no wonder because it’s absolutely top drawer with a build-your-own-bowl that lets you choose from a range of slow-cooked shimmering, simmering broths and a range of extra adornments like enoki mushrooms and soft shell crab.
It’s a great choice for vegans and vegetarians too with options such as a tofu Thai holy basil stir fry and a cauliflower steak katsu that taste as good as their meatier counterparts.
Suki Suki Street Food & Bar is set over two floors and there’s a small outdoor seating space that backs onto neighbouring Platzki.
Drinks-wise, go for draft and bottled beers, or classic and signature cocktails such as our favourite, the Tokyo Iced Tea.
