February has been a big month on the North West hospitality scene, and an even bigger one for Confidential Guides. We’ve added a record number of restaurants and bars to our already extensive guide this month. Including the highly anticipated Higher Ground on the edge of Chinatown in Manchester city centre – owned by the heads behind Flawd wine bar, full of local produce and an outstanding wine selection.
Speaking of wine, Provence opened up late last year in Spinningfields offering a menu categorised by “wine moments” rather than the standard regions or flavour profiles. And let’s not forget Hawksmoor Liverpool, the latest member of the celebrated family of meat masters situated in the beautiful Grade II-listed India Buildings on Water Street in Liverpool. Simply a sight for sore eyes.
Confidential Guides covers the whole of the North West – and we’re only getting bigger. Find your new favourite restaurant with us…
